Custom websites, mobile apps and business platforms — owned by you

From the website that wins the customer to the mobile app in their pocket to the platform that runs the business — we design it, build it, and host it on Azure. You own it outright.

Websites & Mobile Apps

Six live demos — click through what we build

Four business websites and two mobile-app landing pages, all fully interactive: booking forms, listing filters, menu tabs, ROI calculators. Every business is fictional; the build quality is what you'd get. Pick the one closest to yours and we'll customize it, then build and host it on Azure — fixed price, and you own the code.

The Trade

Renting software vs. owning your platform

SaaS is the right answer for commodity functions — email, accounting, payroll. It stops being the right answer when the software sits on top of what makes your business distinctive.

Renting

  • You pay every month, forever, and own nothing at the end
  • Your workflows bend to the product's assumptions
  • Your customer and operational data lives in their database
  • Per-seat and per-transaction pricing grows as you grow
  • The feature you need is on someone else's roadmap
  • Migrating away later means starting over

Owning

  • You pay to build once; the asset is yours
  • The software models your business, not the average one
  • Your data lives in your database, in your cloud tenant
  • Costs scale with infrastructure, not headcount
  • The roadmap is whatever you decide it is
  • Everything as code — no lock-in, including to us
When It's Worth It

You'll recognize the signals

A build isn't always the right call, and we'll tell you when it isn't. But these are the patterns that mean the software is now costing more than it saves.

"We have a spreadsheet that fixes what the software gets wrong."

"We price it manually because the system can't handle how we actually charge."

"Three tools, and none of them talk to each other."

"Our subscription costs more each year and we use less of it."

"The thing that makes us different is the thing the software can't do."

"If we ever left this platform, we'd lose ten years of data."

CASE STUDY · AFFORDABLE RENTALS TAMPA BAY

From rented software to an owned platform

Affordable Rentals Tampa Bay, a growing equipment and events rental company, was running on off-the-shelf rental SaaS that couldn't price what they actually sell — they rent by the hour, day, weekend, week, and by event, while generic software assumes one simple rate. Staff quoted manually and left money on the table. We rebuilt the business on a platform they own: a real multi-tier pricing engine, availability computed from actual inventory, Stripe deposit holds, delivery tracking with condition photos, and printable dispatch run sheets for the crew.

How We Engage

Three steps, each one optional

You never have to commit to a full build to get value. The first engagement is deliberately small — it exists to find out whether building is even the right answer for you.

ENGAGEMENT 02

MVP Platform Build

6–10 WEEKS

Build and ship the core of the platform — the part that carries the business — and get it live with real users before expanding.

  • Data model designed around how your business actually works
  • The core workflow, end to end, in production
  • Payments, notifications, and integrations where needed
  • Deployed on Azure with Infrastructure as Code
  • Data migration from the system you're replacing
  • Team training and operational handover
You walk away with: working software your team uses daily — and the source code.
ENGAGEMENT 03

Full Platform & Care

ONGOING

Extend the platform across the rest of the business, layer in AI where it earns its place, and keep it healthy.

  • Remaining workflows, dashboards, and reporting
  • Mobile apps for field and floor teams
  • AI where it pays: document processing, forecasting, assistants
  • Monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Security posture and dependency maintenance
  • A roadmap you set, delivered in sprints
You walk away with: a platform that keeps compounding — or a clean handoff to your own team.
How We Build

Boring, durable engineering

Modern web stack

TypeScript end to end, server-rendered for speed and search visibility, with a type-safe database layer. Chosen because your team can hire for it.

Azure-native infrastructure

Container Apps, managed Postgres, Blob Storage, and Communication Services — deployed with Infrastructure as Code and full telemetry.

Money handled properly

Stripe for payments, integer cents to avoid rounding drift, and authorization holds where deposits are involved. Financial logic is not a place to improvise.

AI woven in, not bolted on

Document intelligence, assistants, and forecasting where they genuinely reduce work — using the same production discipline as our AI consulting practice.

Find out what you're actually paying for

Most businesses have never added up the true annual cost of the software they rent, or what it would take to own it instead. That conversation takes thirty minutes and costs nothing.
